Almost 30 women from all walks of life came together in Sydney on Sunday 11 May 2025 for an afternoon of painting, laughter and connection at Dar-ul-Islam in Bonnyrigg, part of a series of Mind, Body & Soul women’s retreats hosted by Seena Incorporated.
Seena Incorporated successfully hosted their first Mind, Body & Soul event of the year on Saturday 15 February 2025. The “Rejuvenate for Ramadan” Wellbeing Workshop took place at Dar-ul-Islam in Bonnyrigg and welcomed over 20 women seeking spiritual and mental rejuvenation before Ramadan.
A sense of renewal and inspiration filled the air as Seena Incorporated hosted a Wellbeing Workshop in Sydney for women on Saturday 16 November 2024 at Dar-ul-Islam in Bonnyrigg. Intimate and inspiring, the event brought together more than 10 women for an enriching morning of self-care, connection, and reflection.
Creativity, connection, and a splash of colour came together at Seena Incorporated’s first-ever Canvas & Colours Paint and Sip evening.
Held in Sydney on Friday 22 November 2024, at Dar-ul-Islam in Bonnyrigg, the event welcomed over 20 women for a night of artistic expression and relaxation.
The Australasian Muslim Times AMUST (published by Seena Inc) marked a significant milestone in Sydney on Sunday 15 September 2024 at the Highline Venue in Bankstown with its theme “AMUST10: Ink & Impact,” marking a decade of AMUST’s contribution to independent multicultural journalism in Australia and paid tribute to the legacy of its late co-founder, Dr Qazi Ashfaq Ahmad OAM, whose life’s work was dedicated to nurturing the Muslim community.
Almost 40 women from diverse cultures and ages attended Seena’s “Mind, Body & Soul” event in Sydney, on Saturday 3 August 2024 held at Dar-ul-Islam in Bonnyrigg, dedicated to provide effective tools and strategies to help manage mental health challenges and improve overall well-being.

Mind Body Soul Festival hosted by Seena Incorporated in Sydney drew a crowd of more than 50 women who gathered at Dar-ul-Islam, Bonnyrigg on Saturday 17 June 2023 to immerse themselves in a day of self-care and mutual support exploring various aspects such as mental health, physical creativity, movement, and spirituality that left attendees feeling inspired and rejuvenated.
Accessibility FunFest is held for people with disabilities, their families, carers, support workers or whoever wishes to join to participate in all accessibility games, activities, fashion parade, henna, face painting, park rides and free lunch.
The highly popular event enabled participants from diverse background and ages to gather, relax, foster friendships and feel empowered and included self care and relationship tips, physical exercise, pampering activities, three-course lunch, henna art while immersing themselves in this unique, blissful experience of physical, emotional and mental health.

One of its kind, an Accessibility FunFest was held on Sunday 4 April at Ollie Webb Reserve in Parramatta organised by Seena Incorporated, a not for profit community organisation promoting inclusiveness and celebrating ability and freedom as opposed to disability.
The International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) was celebrated live on Sunday 6 December at Progress Park Community Centre in Auburn bringing together a diverse group of people with disability, their carers, family members and service providers listening to experts in the field with the theme ‘Not all disabilities are visible’ with live entertainment and sumptuous lunch organised by Seena Incorporated and sponsored by a number of community organisations.
The event brought together diverse people for networking purposes and included disabled people, their carers and family members, social workers, community leaders and disability service providers who had registered free of any charges through Eventbrite.
